Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We are unable to offer return or exchanges at this time production, shipping, and preorder details have been carefully and boldly stated on each product page. Detailed Measurements have also been provided to help you select the best size choice.

Rich Usi / Runner is not responsible for paying any additional customs (VAT included) charges. Customs charges are separate from our shipping cost and is out of our control. We are unable to lower the value of orders to reduce or avoid any customs charges. 

We are not responsible for shipments that have been lost or stolen from doorsteps/mailboxes and any claims for lost packages/shipments must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.

Rich Usi / Runner will not accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way/reason. We are not responsible for any normal wear and tear.

Any errors that have been made on our part (wrong size or item sent or any product defects) please email runr.xyz@gmail.com for support.

PRE-ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL PRE-ORDER INFORMATION IS SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

PRE-ORDERS WILL USUALLY TAKE 4-8 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING.
